Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment (including at the time of the reminder message the day before) will be charged a $25 fee per pet, as it is usually not possible to fill the spot on short notice.
No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will result in the full grooming fee being charged at your next visit.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. After 20 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled unless other arrangements are made. In that case, a 100% grooming charge will be applied to your next appointment.

Pick-Up Times
I work by appointment only, which allows me to give each dog my full attention. Pups should be picked up within 30 minutes after their grooming is finished.

Please Note
To keep every grooming session safe and comfortable, I’m unable to accept dogs with fleas, open wounds, or aggressive behavior. This helps protect your dog, me, and all the pets in my care.
If a coat is severely matted or knotted, it may need to be shaved. This ensures your dog stays comfortable and healthy, and allows me to groom them safely and gently. I always aim to make the experience as stress-free and positive as possible!
